RETURN POLICY

Return of Goods for Credit or Refund

​

We offer exchanges (subject to stock availability) or refunds (subject to the Restocking Fee described below) of products for change of mind where we determine (at our absolute discretion)

​

1. Goods supplied in accordance with the buyer’s order can only be returned with the express approval of the seller.

​

2. Requests to return goods must be submitted within 7 days from the date of shipping and the original invoice number must be quoted.

​

3. The products are in their original condition and have not been used, worn, damaged, tampered with, washed, altered, connected, installed or attempted to be connected or installed;

​

4. The products are in their original undamaged packaging with all product tags still intact;

​

5. Where goods are accepted (for credit or refund at the sellers discretion) they must be delivered at the buyer’s expense into the seller’s store or warehouse in brand new condition and must properly packaged. Returned products are the buyer’s respon­sibility until they reach the seller. The seller shall not be responsible for misdirected shipments or products lost or damaged in transit.

6. Provided the requirements set out in clauses (1) -( 5) are met, where you have chosen a refund, we may, at our discretion, charge a 20% restocking fee. In other words, you will be refunded for 80% of the cost of the product.

7. Any refunds (at the sellers discretion) will be refunded in the form of the original payment method used by the buyer.

​

8. We will not cover the costs of delivery or re-delivery for a change of mind return. You must cover these yourself.
